The LPA is a lean, collaborative discovery and strategy workshop designed to align teams on a clear product vision while delivering business, customer, and user value. It is highly recommended – the LPA ensures your team is aligned on innovative solutions to key challenges before development starts. It concludes with a detailed MVP roadmap that clarifies technologies, resources, and costs—streamlining development and providing a highly accurate development estimate.
