• Pre-existing tools, frameworks, or licensed software used by the Company remain the property of Thinks and Buys.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

10. Termination of Services

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are not made on time.

  • The services are being misused or used for illegal purposes.

  • There is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion.
